As an Insurance & Benefits Advisor, he works with companies across multiple industries to design insurance strategies that protect what they’ve built while positioning them to scale.

 

Nashon’s work focuses on helping businesses, individuals and families manage risk while building long-term stability. His advisory approach includes business insurance, employee benefits, life insurance planning, and structuring coverage required during business acquisitions and SBA transactions. He regularly collaborates with entrepreneurs, lenders, attorneys, and private equity professionals to ensure the right protections are in place during key business transitions.

 

In addition to serving business owners, Nashon also works closely with families to protect their assets and plan for the future through thoughtful personal insurance strategies.

 

Outside of his professional work, Nashon is deeply committed to faith, athletics, and mentorship. He serves on staff with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where he leads Bible studies for coaches and student-athletes and supports the organization’s mission of seeing the world transformed through the influence of coaches and athletes. 

 

A former walk-on football player at Iowa State University, Nashon understands the discipline, resilience, and teamwork required to succeed at a high level. Today, he continues that passion by serving as a varsity inside linebackers coach, mentoring young athletes in both football and character development.

Whether he’s coaching, leading Bible studies, or advising clients, his goal is the same: to serve others with integrity, clarity, and a long-term perspective. He believes that strong foundations spiritually, physically, and financially, allow people to live confidently, lead well, and build lasting legacies.
